The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the bedding was cozy. The hotel had a nice fitness center and a decent breakfast buffet.

The location was awful. It was far away from all of the New Year's Eve festivities and the city center.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff spoke good English and were always willing to help. The hotel facilities were great, including the fast Wifi and cable internet, comfortable bed, self-service laundry, vending machine on the first floor, and water boiler with instant coffee/tea in our room. The hotel's location near a canal and just a short taxi ride from the lake and the city area was perfect for us.

The hotel was conveniently located near an office building in a peaceful area without much traffic. It took about 15 minutes by taxi to reach the city area and around 30 minutes by taxi to reach the lake. the room had a cozy feel to it and was well-furnished with a comfortable bed. the breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of Chinese and Western options.

The staff struggled with communicating in English, which led to some frustrating moments during the stay.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean upon arrival. the location was also convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area.

My overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. Despite the convenient location, the noise level was incredibly high and made it difficult to sleep at night.
